Getting It Done: From Commitment to Action on Funding for Women and Girls (1992). Analysis as well as concrete guidelines for applying a gender and minority lens to all areas of grantmaking.
Making a Difference: The Impact of Women CEOs in Philanthropy (1991). First survey of women CEOs in foundations nationwide; examined power, leadership, impact and obstacles to change.
